If your password
doesn’t work, it can be due to the following reasons:
1)
You have given your password out to other people.
2) Excessive
failed logins. Remember that your password is cAsE sEnSiTiVe.
3)
You have exceeded the max download limit of 1 Gbyte/day.
4)
Maybe your userID and
pass has been stolen from our server. To solve the problem
please change your password as follow: log into the subscriber
portal at
https://subscriber.safshop.net
with your current user id and password. On the left of the
screen, enter the last four digits of your credit card number
(the one used to make the purchase) and click the Update
Profile button. You will be directed to a secure screen where
you can change your profile including your billing information
and password. Once changed please contact us again so we’ll
unblock your username.
5) New subscriptions can take up to 30
minutes to be active and for that SafShop provide a temporary
password until yours is active. Anyway the temporary pass is
the same for all and sometimes it can be blocked due to
multiple password sharing violation. So please try again later
(with your own pass, not with the temporary “safshop”) or
follow the FAQ number 5 to force the activation

If the problem remain contact
us providing your full name and username so we can give you
another userID.
